Chair A challenging class centered around our versatile MVe Chair. This class provides a total body workout to focus on strength, flexibility, and core stability. In a semi-private environment, we can cater to all fitness levels.
Tower A mix of mat and reformer-style exercises with added resistance and support for core development and flexibility. This class provides a full body workout that strengthens and stretches all of the major muscle groups. You’ll mobilize the spine, open tight areas, and build controlled strength.

Our studio classes offer a dynamic mix of movement styles designed to complement your Pilates experience. Offering a variety of practice in Mat, Barre, Dance and Weights, each session blends strength, mobility, and stability, in a welcoming, small-group setting.
Mat A Mat Pilates flow focused on breath, precision, and full-body control. Using small props, this class builds core strength, improves posture, and enhances overall body awareness. A grounded, foundational practice that pairs beautifully with apparatus and studio training.
Barre A sculpting, low-impact class inspired by ballet technique, Pilates alignment, and functional strength. Expect high-repetition movements, controlled pulses, and intentional sequencing that tones the legs, arms, and core while improving balance and coordination. Elegant, energizing, and effective for all levels.
Dance A joyful, rhythmic class that moves through choreography, sequences, and dynamic standing work that improves coordination, musicality, and fluidity. Designed as a cardio workout while building long, strong lines.
Weighted Motion (Strength Training) A full-body strength workout using light to moderate weights to enhance muscle tone, joint stability, and functional power. In this upbeat class, expect controlled movement, mindful form, and a satisfying, strength-focused burn.
