Joseph Pilates first called his method Contrology—a system of mindful movement, breath, alignment, and core strength. Born from his World War I work rehabilitating injured peers, it evolved into a versatile practice adaptable to every body. At JazFit, we honor that philosophy: Pilates isn’t about rigid levels but about meeting each person where they are. That’s why our classes follow four progressive pathways, designed to support growth, challenge, and accessibility for all.

The Experience Pathways

Our classes are athletic, dynamic, and versatile—ranging from cardio-driven endurance to fluid stretching and deep core work. Each apparatus brings its own focus: the Reformer for resistance and flow, the Chair for power, the Tower for length and stability. All classes are multilevel and designed to meet you where you are. Through our four pathways—Ignite, Elevate, Evolve, and Transcend—you’ll build strength, mobility, and mindfulness in a practice that adapts to your body and goals.

IGNITE (I)

Awaken your body and spark your practice. A foundation, focused class with mindful breathing, alignment, and fluid movement, ideal to start or refine the essentials.

ELEVATE (II)

Explore deeper strength and control with progressive sequences and creative variations. A dynamic flow that adapts to your experience encouraging growth and confidence. 

EVOLVE (III)

Take your practice further with endurance work, challenging transitions and refined control. A transformative experience blending strength, grace, and mastery.

TRANSCEND (IV)

Go beyond movement with powerful, flowing sequences that challenge both, body and mind. The highest expression of Pilates, inspiring focus, balance, and transformation. 

Private Sessions

Our private sessions are designed to give you a fully customized experience—whether your focus is classical Pilates, rehabilitation, strength training, or mindful movement. Each session is tailored to your personal goals, ensuring individual attention and lasting results. Private training is available by appointment only: simply request your preferred day, time, and instructor, and we will confirm availability to align with your schedule.
